Vitamin smoothie!


Today, I recommend you a nice vitamin cocktail!


If it’s hard for you to have breakfast in the mornings during the week, when your stomach is stuck in bed or simply if you’re fond of fruits, I got what you need: a good fresh smoothie! And this one is perfect for this winter season, it will bring you a good quantity of vitamin C and some antioxidants that will protect your frail cells. And with the slightly acid taste … hmmmm!


For two big glasses, you need:
  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • Less than 10 frozen strawberries
  • Some fruit juice (pineapple-orange for us)

We start by mixing the strawberries with a bit of fruit juice in a blender (on the “ice cube” position if you have it).


Then, add the banana roughly cut and the kiwis peeled and cut. Mix again (“juice” position this time) and it’s done!


Pour in the glasses and serve it :)


TIPS AND TRICKS

Add some ice cubes or some fruit juice if you want your smoothie more liquid.

To keep the smoothie well cool, put the glasses aside a few minutes into the freezer before preparing your mixture!
