You did it! #14

A special Briochefor the 14th “You did it!” article :)

Immediately seen, immediately done! Yes, that’s how Mion & Anne work!

Anne has chosen the bread machine option and after a long and tough waiting time until breakfast the day after, the jury is out:

“It was delicious! There are just enough left to prepare some French brioche!”

Yummmmmy, a good French brioche :p

-- EDIT: Hup, here is the picture of the French brioche I just got in my mail box :)

Even though a bit afraid to use yeast, Mion has dared this time, thanks to advices from her dear Mum! Yep, what could we do without them! Indeed, to use yeast in a good way, your liquid, the milk in this case (or water, for example in the magical bread recipe), must not be too warm. Otherwise, the tiny little organisms will die and you won’t get a beautiful raised dough. The best is to have a 37°C temperature :)

End of chitchat, here is Mion’s brioche!

I take the opportunity to suggest to you to take a look at her blog to admire her artistic “Petites bides(ouilles)” (which could be translated by “tummy”). Mion, I want the same “Beauty case” as you!!

Thank you girls for your photos and impressions :)

It’s always a pleasure for me to see your realizations and to know your opinions, keep it up!

Rose.
