Fresh custard

Here is a classic recipe for fresh custard. It can help you in a lot a desserts: pies, pastry shells, millefeuilles, etc.


You will need:
    • 250ml milk
    • 7-8g vanilla sugar
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 yolks
    • 20g cornflour
    • 10g flour
    • 10g butter

    In a pan, warm up the milk and butter.
    In a bowl, dynamically mix the yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and cornflour.


    Pour the warm milk on the mix. Mix everything and warm it up again. Stir with a wooden spoon until getting the texture you want. 


    There you go! Now, you can use the fresh custard you just made for your dessert :)
